Engineering Excellence: Real-Time Current Correction and Multi-Layer Protection
This project introduces several sophisticated technical features designed for operational reliability:
▪ Dual-Power Supply with ESD Protection: The control system employs a dual-power supply design, with additional electrostatic discharge protection and electromagnetic interference shielding circuitry, ensuring stable operation under varying grid conditions.
▪ Harmonic and Reactive Current Detection: Based on instantaneous reactive power theory, the system derives and optimizes harmonic and reactive current detection algorithms, incorporating a sliding mean filter for precise current monitoring.
▪ Shock Absorption and Insulation: A damping device is integrated into the system, with an insulating sleeve fixed to the left side of the inner wall of the mounting frame. This design enhances shock resistance, extends service life, and enables safe power disconnection when the device is not in use, effectively preventing leakage.
▪ Intelligent Closed-Loop Control: A current sensor connects to a data comparator, which communicates via a feedback module to the central processor. The processor then directs the voltage regulator to maintain current within stable parameters. A keypad provides manual input capability to the central processor.
Intelligent Current Auto-Correction System
The patented core of this innovation is a closed-loop feedback mechanism that continuously monitors charging current. When fluctuations are detected, the system automatically commands the voltage regulator to adjust output, ensuring stable current delivery.
