    • Battery Material Disclosure: Conflict-mineral declaration and recyclability data sheet on request.

  • Do your buses include telematics or fleet-management capability?

    +

Every electric bus ships with a factory-installed telematics gateway. Standard capabilities include:

    • Real-Time Position (4G/LTE + GNSS) and route playback.

    • EV Performance — battery SOC/SOH, motor temperature, charging events, kWh/km.

    • Driver Behavior — harsh braking, over-speed, idling, eco-score.

    • Predictive Maintenance Alerts based on DTC codes and component wear.

The platform is accessible via web dashboard, mobile app or REST API to feed into your existing fleet-management system.

  • What operating temperature range do your buses cover?

    +

Our buses are validated for a wide ambient operating range:

    • Cold-Climate Specification: down to -30 °C (-22 °F). Includes traction-battery pre-heating, low-temperature electrolyte, cabin pre-conditioning and reinforced HVAC.

    • Tropical / Desert Specification: up to +55 °C (131 °F). Includes high-capacity air-conditioning (compressor up-rated), reflective roof insulation and sealed-bearing wheel hubs.

Battery management software adjusts charging current automatically to protect cells in both extremes.

  • Is Tenglong affiliated with CRRC, and what does it mean for buyers?

    +

Tenglong Automobile is a commercial-vehicle subsidiary aligned with CRRC, China Railway Rolling Stock Corporation — the world's largest manufacturer of rail rolling stock by revenue.

What this means for export buyers:

    • Battery & Drive Technology: Shared development pipeline with CRRC electric-bus and rail-vehicle programs, including LFP cell technology and SiC inverters.

    • Quality System: IATF 16949 plus rolling-stock-grade QC procedures and traceability.

    • Financial Stability: Backed by a Fortune-Global-500 group, ensuring long-term spare-parts supply and warranty support.

  • Which charging standards do your electric buses support?

    +

Charging interfaces can be tailored to the destination market:

    • GB/T 20234.3: Default for China and many CIS / Southeast Asia markets.

    • CCS Combo-2: Europe, Middle East, parts of Africa.

    • CCS Combo-1: North and Central America.

    • CHAdeMO: Available on request for Japan and certain legacy networks.

All electric buses ship with an AC slow-charge port (Mode-3, 22 kW) and a DC fast-charge port (up to 250 kW depending on platform). Plug-and-charge (ISO 15118) is an optional upgrade.

  • How is after-sales support handled outside China?

    +

After-sales support is delivered through three coordinated channels:

    • Named Engineer: Each export market is assigned a dedicated service engineer reachable by phone, email and WeChat/WhatsApp.

    • Remote Diagnostics: Tenglong electric buses are equipped with a telematics module that streams fault codes and battery data to our cloud platform; root-cause analysis is typically returned within 24 hours.

    • Warranty Portal: Authorized distributors lodge claims, upload photos and track replacement-part shipments via a secured B2B portal.

  • What documentation do you provide for import customs clearance?

    +

A complete export documentation set is provided with every shipment:

    • Commercial Invoice (signed and stamped, optionally consularized).

    • Packing List with weights, dimensions, container/VIN.

    • Bill of Lading (Original B/L or Telex Release).

    • Certificate of Origin — Form A, Form E (China-ASEAN), Form F (China-Chile), CO-China.

    • COC / COI — SASO for Saudi Arabia, SONCAP for Nigeria, BIS for India, EAC for CIS.

    • Type-approval / Homologation documents and OBD declaration on request.

  • How is technical training provided to overseas distributors?

    +

We deliver a structured technical-training program for new distributors and fleet operators:

    • In-Factory Course (5-7 days): Held in Xiangyang. Covers product architecture, high-voltage safety, BMS diagnostics, charging protocols and chassis maintenance.

    • On-Site Dispatch: Our engineers visit your depot for commissioning, driver training and Level-1 service walk-through.

    • Documentation Set: Service manual, EV high-voltage handbook, wiring diagrams, charging guideline, and HMI quick-reference.

Training is conducted in English (Chinese, Russian and Spanish on request).

  • Which FOB ports do you ship from?

    +

Our standard FOB ports of loading are:

    • FOB Shanghai: Default port for Southeast Asia, Oceania, the Americas and most of Europe.

    • FOB Tianjin / Xingang: Preferred for CIS, Mongolia and Northeast Asia routings.

    • FOB Qingdao: Available on request, especially for Korea and Japan.

For partners requiring CIF or DDP terms, we work with COSCO, ONE, Maersk and dedicated RoRo lines (NYK, Wallenius Wilhelmsen) for vehicle vessels. Marine insurance can be arranged through Ping An or PICC.

  • Can we customize bus exterior color, livery and branding?

    +

Customization is a core part of our export delivery process. We support:

    • Exterior: Custom RAL paint, two-tone schemes, vinyl livery wrap and decals to your CI manual.

    • Express Replenishment: Urgent items are air-freighted within 24-72 hours via DHL or FedEx.

    • Regional Depot: For partners managing 50+ vehicles, we co-fund a local spare-parts depot stocked to OEM specification.

A full electronic parts catalog (EPC) with part numbers, drawings and supersession info is provided.
