1. Basis for this Accounting

This accounting is based on the relevant provisions of the *General Rules for Greenhouse Gas Emission Accounting and Reporting of Industrial Enterprises* (GB/T 32150-2015), the *Guidelines for Greenhouse Gas Emission Accounting and Reporting of Machinery and Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises (Trial)*, and the *Greenhouse Gases Part III: Specifications and Guidelines for the Verification and Validation of Greenhouse Gas Declarations* (ISO 14064-3:2018). It aims to guide greenhouse gas verification work and fully implement the overall arrangements of the *Administrative Measures for Carbon Emission Trading (Trial)* (Ministry of Ecology and Environment Order No. 19, 2020), and other relevant standards.

Scope of Accounting: Emissions of Xiangyang Tenglong Automobile Co., Ltd., located at No. 8, Chucheng Road, Dongjin New District, Xiangyang Economic and Technological Development Zone, from January 2024 to December 2024.

II. Results Statement

Major greenhouse gas emissions from January 2024 to December 2024: Fossil fuel combustion emissions (tCO2e) + Net purchased electricity emissions (tCO2e) = 3735.07 tCO2e.
