During the warranty period, the company provides time-limited on-site service. After a customer reports a fault by scanning a QR code on the company's service platform, our service technicians will respond within 5 minutes and proactively contact the customer to discuss fault handling. 

For faults requiring on-site handling, a technician from the nearest service center will be dispatched within 30 minutes and arrive on-site within 2 hours (if on-site support from manufacturer technicians is required, manufacturer technicians will arrive on-site within 24 hours), and the problem will be resolved within 48 hours.
